![]() ![]() Test and observation were used in collecting the data. The research was conducted at the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 1Padang Bolak Julu by using quasi experimental method (pretest post test one group design) with 20 students as the sample and they were taken by using random sampling technique from 159 students. This study aims to describe (a) applying of inquiry learning strategy, (b) students’ economic problem achievement before and after applying inquiry learning strategy, and (c) know whether there is a significant influence of applying inquiry learning strategy on students’ economic achievement on the topic economic problem.
